# SPARC Educational Agent Design — Week 01

Team / authors:
Individual contributions:
Date / version:

## 1. Learner and learning objectives
Who is the player? What should they understand afterward? What would count as evidence?

## 2. Collaborative agent concept
Role, functionality, trigger, inputs/observations, actions, memory, boundaries, and value beyond a static hint.

## 3. Competitive agent concept
Challenge, adaptive difficulty, fairness, constructive feedback, debrief, and learning purpose.

## 4. Use cases (at least two)
Player context → trigger → NPC response → player action → feedback → learning outcome.
Include a sample dialogue/storyboard and a misconception/recovery case.

## 5. Evaluation
Before/after concept question or transfer task. Distinguish learning from engagement. What result would make you revise the design?

## 6. Feasibility and limitations
Implementation sketch, dependencies, risks, privacy, factual uncertainty, and the next small experiment.

## 7. Sources and open questions
Cite sources for factual explanations. Mark unconfirmed SPARC lore/mechanics as needing instructor confirmation.
